App development

Fridgy asked for a camera feature and left with a brand. We designed the identity, the product and the launch campaign, a single photo of an open fridge becomes a list of ingredients, then a recipe you can cook tonight.
We collaborated with a South African food-tech startup to turn an AI scanning idea into a product people actually cook from.
The work:
Brand identity, UI design, Prototype, Launch campaign
The impact areas:
Food tech, AI, Sustainability

Three steps & five screens

01
Landing
The promise in four words, with floating chips showing what a scan actually returns.

02
Scan your fridge
Items appear one at a time as they are recognised. Anything wrong is one tap from gone.

03
Recipe
The dish, then what it uses from your fridge, then steps you tick off while the pan is hot.

04
Top 5 this month
Community ranking with a month and week toggle. Only first place takes the accent.

05
Sipho’s five
An influencer slot in the product: three cards, each capped at five ingredients.

The website to complement
New users arrive before they trust an AI with their dinner, so the page leads with the mechanic rather than the pitch: three steps, a photo of a real scan, the community top five and the resident cook’s picks, all above the signup.

The brand book
Fourteen slides of house rules

We came in with a camera feature and left with a brand. Spaark designed the scan flow, the wordmark and the launch posts in three weeks.

They took our rough ideas and turned them into something that felt professional and completely on-brand. Could not have asked for anything more.
